One flange for all situations

The Seal System universal flange enables the connection of two sealing variants with a single flange. The Seal System universal flange enables the connection of two sealing variants with one flange. Composite waterproofing or clamping flange connections can be carried out, for example for connecting bituminous welded membranes.

Assembly of the TECEdrainpoint S

The instruction shows the assembly with Seal System sealing sleeve in a composite sealing.

TECEdrainpoint S Montageschritt 1: Vor Einsetzen und Anschluss des Ablaufs wird der Untergrund durch Schallschutzmaßnahmen vorbereitet.

Step 1: Before inserting and connecting the drain, the substrate is professionally prepared by soundproofing measures. 

Montageschritt 2 TECEdrainpoint S: Die Fläche wird mit Estrich verfüllt

Step 2: The area is now filled with screed.
 

Montageschritt 3 TECEdrainpoint S: Aufbringen der ersten Schicht Verbundabdichtung

Step 3: To apply the first layer of composite waterproofing, remove the protective film from the drain.

Montageschritt 4 TECEdrainpoint S: Die Seal System-Dichtmanschette wird in die erste, noch feuchte Schicht Verbundabdichtung eingearbeitet und mit der zweiten Schicht überarbeitet.

Step 4: The Seal System sealing sleeve is worked into the first, still wet layer of the bonded waterproofing and overlaid with the second layer.

Montageschritt 5 TECEdrainpoint S: Nach vollständiger Aufbringung der Verbundabdichtung wird das Aufsatzstück an die Höhe des Bodenbelags angepasst.

Step 5: After complete application of the bonded waterproofing, the top piece is adjusted to the height of the floor covering.

Montageschritt 6 TECEdrainpoint S: Nach Verfliesen und Verfugen wird die Abdeckung eingesetzt. Die Montage ist damit abgeschlossen.

Step 6: After tiling and grouting, the cover is inserted. This completes the installation.
