With the new TECEfloor comfort heating circuit manifold made of plastic, TECE is setting new standards in terms of comfort, safety and ease of installation for surface heating systems. The clever plug-in technology with pre-assembled Eurocone connectors enables quick, twist-free connection of the heating pipes – without the need for tools or compression fittings.

Secure hold – simple solution

A common installation error with conventional clamp screw connections: unsafe connections due to invisible insertion depths and torsional stresses caused by excessive tightening. Not so with the TECEfloor comfort heating circuit manifold: thanks to the innovative plug-in fittings, the insertion depth is visible, the connection is twist-free and the conical clamping ring ensures that it cannot be pulled out.

Flexible and reusable

Pipe connected to the wrong heating circuit? No problem! Plug connections can be easily disconnected and reused at any time – for maximum flexibility on the construction site. And if a conventional Eurocone screw connection is required, the plug fittings can be easily converted at any time.

Technology for the highest demands

The TECEfloor comfort heating circuit distributor is made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide, which makes it particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. Especially in cooling mode, the comparatively low surface temperature significantly reduces the risk of condensation. Integrated return valves with double O-ring seals, lockable flow meters with sight glasses, which can even be replaced under pressure if necessary, and 100% tested quality ‘Made in Germany’ guarantee long-lasting safety and performance.

Traceable – even years later

Each distributor is equipped with a QS trace. This means that even after many years, all components and spare parts can be clearly identified – for maximum serviceability and sustainable maintenance.
