Actuator with adaptive hydraulic balancing - the smart solution for efficient underfloor heating systems. The motorised actuator automatically performs an adjustment of the flow rates in the individual heating circuits to suit the present operating conditions. The system continuously records the relevant data via integrated flow and return temperature sensors. A powerful algorithm uses this data to calculate the optimal valve setting and precisely sets the desired temperature differential. This ensures a dynamic, continuous balancing under all load conditions. The result: reduced energy consumption, even heat distribution and a high level of comfort. At the same time, commissioning and maintenance costs are reduced, as manual hydraulic balancing is no longer required.

The TECEfloor connection unit Switch is ideal for the pre-assembly of manifold housings containing heating circuit manifolds, actuators and terminal strips. The actuators are wired to the terminal strip in the workshop; the room thermostat and actuator are then simply assigned using a rotary switch on the construction site. The connection unit also features a set-back channel for time-controlled lowering of the room temperature as well as heating and cooling functionality and pump control, and allows the connection of a temperature limiter or dew point sensor.

Wired individual room controller with Wi-Fi functionality – the smart, convenient solution for modern radiant heating and cooling systems. The centrepiece is the powerful central unit (230 V) as a connection and control unit and a master room thermostat with integrated Wi-Fi module; flexibly expandable with up to 7 slave room thermostats. The particularly flat room thermostats feature an elegant, minimalist design, intuitive operation and energy-saving LED lighting. Thanks to the 2-wire technology (12 V), installation of the room thermostats is fast, secure and clear.

With an integrated heating/cooling function, an individual 7-day time programming and an optional external temperature sensor the system offers maximum flexibility.The automatic switching between heating and cooling is conveniently controlled by a signal, e.g. via a reversible heat pump. Using the Smart Life app, users can control their room temperature anytime, anywhere – including voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The SLQ quality seal for water-carrying and function-giving parts assures that all components are matched to each other and that operational capability is guaranteed for all individual combinations. All SLQ-labelled components of the TECEfloor system are subjected to in-depth tests in the in-house test laboratory. There, for example, over 150 compression fittings alone are tested with all pipe types in 5,000 runs for their behaviour during temperature changes.

DIN-tested safety
Independent testing brings safety: that's why TECE participates with TECEfloor in the certification programme for plastic pipe and composite pipe routing systems for hot water surface heating systems and radiator connections. Pipes and fittings for the underfloor heating system are certified by an independent institute and tested individually and as a system every six months.
