German Innovation Award 2021 for the TECE Hygiene Flush
The TECEprofil toilet module with integrated hygiene flush has already been honoured with the German Design Award 2021. Now another award has been added.
The clever solution impressed the jury of the German Design Council, which voted the product the winner of the German Innovation Award 2021 in the Heating & Bathroom category.
The potable water hygiene flushing station from TECE is pre-assembled ex works and performs its service reliably and “unnoticed” in the cistern. This avoids the need for additional pipework and inspection openings, which would visually detract from the wall design. Nevertheless, the flushing unit remains easily accessible at all times after removing the toilet flush plate.
The German Innovation Award honours products and solutions across all sectors that distinguish themselves above all through user-centricity and added value compared to previous solutions. The "winner" award honours innovations that advance the industry through their originality, implementation and effectiveness.
