The quick adapter on the cistern also eliminates time-consuming sealing. High-quality TECE sanitary technology ensures flawless operation not only "behind the scenes" – the elegant TECEnow toilet flush plates in timeless white also contribute to the high level of user comfort in the Zaunkönige residential project with their dual-flush technology and rubber-buffered push buttons. With its striking, linear design and extra-flat frame, the elegant toilet flush plate complements the overall architectural design and creates a stylish focal point in the bathrooms.
With their classic, modern appearance, linear shapes, sandy-beige clinker brick facades, and planted roofs, the urban villas in the Zaunkönige residential complex blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings of Altglienicke. In addition to high-quality interiors, all 144 residential units feature large balconies and terraces. The generous garden areas, which residents can use for communal urban gardening, also contribute to the exceptional quality of life. The private underground garages in the building complex, with optional electric charging stations, offer ample parking space for cars.
