Idyllically situated between the Rhine, Moselle and Saar, the hotel concept under the motto "Select Lifestyle" combines a family stay with a cosmopolitan attitude to life.
As soon as they enter the lobby, guests of the Moxy are surrounded by the special, unconventional charm of the young Marriott hotel brand: Upcycled materials, modern art installations and energetic colours create an eccentric industrial look here. The different areas of the bar, reception, work spaces and lounge merge into an inviting, open lounge area on the ground floor.
The extraordinary interior design is continued in the 96 rooms of the Moxy: Following the motto "less is more", the rooms were deliberately designed in a restrained manner and now impress with minimalist aesthetics with simple elegance.
Muted grey tones, walls and ceilings in a concrete look and natural materials such as wood, leather and cork create a modern yet down-to-earth look.
When designing the bathrooms, the interior designers also relied on clear lines and trendy accents: The white textured tiles in the shower area contrast effectively with the anthracite-coloured and wood-panelled walls. Fashionable accessories and fittings in matt black give the bathrooms that final special touch.
For a look as if from a single mould, the toilet flush plates in some of the bathrooms were also chosen in the current trend colour. The TECEloop flush plates made of matt black plastic are visually impressive thanks to their dynamic design with two round buttons in a flat, angular frame. Also in classic matt chrome, the attractive toilet flush plates harmonise perfectly with the minimalist interior design of the Moxy.
The proven dual-flush system enables economical and sustainable water consumption.
The TECEprofil toilet modules with integrated hygiene flush provide hotel operators with optimum support in maintaining the quality of drinking water. The automatic flush stations ensure a complete water exchange at all times, even when the hotel rooms are empty, thus supporting the hotel's demanding hygiene concept. In this way, modern sanitary technology from TECE contributes to a pleasant and relaxed stay at the Moxy Simmern.
