A warm welcome to the exclusive Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Kelsterbach
Clean lines, functionality and natural materials – the Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Kelsterbach, which opened in 2025, follows this guiding principle, bringing Scandinavian design to one of Europe’s most important transport hubs. As part of Steigenberger Hotels GmbH and H World International, the hotel combines Danish roots with Nordic lightness and timeless aesthetics. With its first location in Germany, the Zleep brand is marking an important milestone on its path to European expansion.
The renowned Hamburg-based firm Sonar Development is responsible for the overall architectural and design concept. Commissioned by the developer and client Four Points Development, the team oversaw the entire process – from the initial idea through to turnkey completion – and created a hotel that harmoniously combines design clarity, functional workflows and economic efficiency.
This well-thought-out concept is evident the moment you enter the hotel: the spacious lounge with snack bar is a meeting place for working, relaxing or enjoying a refreshment between activities. Rather than fleeting trends, the interior focuses on timeless design. Clean lines, natural materials and warm lighting combine to create a minimalist yet cosy ambience – inspired by the Danish design tradition and consistently reinterpreted in a modern key.
Urban, well-connected, simple
Its close proximity to Frankfurt am Main Airport makes the hotel particularly attractive to business travellers, tourists and airline crews. A free airport shuttle and the Kelsterbach city train station, which is within walking distance, ensure short journeys – both to the terminal and into Frankfurt city centre.
Sanitary technology meets the highest standards
In the hotel’s elegant ambience, the focus on premium quality is evident in every aspect of the fit-out, including the sanitary facilities. For this reason, the Emsdetten-based sanitary company TECE was chosen to provide the sanitary solutions. All the hotel’s bathrooms have been fitted with the (TECE) universal toilet module. The low-noise, hydraulic filling valve ensures that the cistern fills particularly quietly. Furthermore, toilet modules with integrated hygienic flushing systems for hot and cold water connections were installed at the ends of the floor risers. Thanks to factory pre-assembly, the installation of the cisterns was particularly quick and straightforward. The volume for the hygiene flush can be individually adjusted via an app, enabling use tailored to requirements and conserving resources.
The flush plates from the TECEnow series ensure a harmonious overall look in the bathroom. With dual-flush technology and rubber-cushioned flush buttons, these not only contribute to a high level of user comfort; their clean, linear shapes and an extra-flat frame also give the toilet flush mechanism a particularly elegant appearance. To achieve a perfectly coordinated look, those responsible also chose the stylish TECEfilo urinal flush plates. In the showers, TECE shower channels with clever features ensure a smooth showering experience. The internal slope ensures optimal drainage and also has a practical self-cleaning effect. TECEdrainprofile, made from easy-to-maintain stainless steel, can be cleaned particularly quickly and easily – an essential factor in a busy hotel environment.
Whether for business trips, stopovers or city breaks: the Zleep Hotel presents itself as a modern retreat that harmoniously combines design, comfort and Scandinavian simplicity.
