Adina Apartment Hotels
Less is more – this was the guiding principle pursued by Swiss star architect Max Dudler when designing the Adina Apartment Hotel in Wiesbaden.
The building, located in the center of the traditional spa town, has seven floors and impresses with its minimalist elegance: The cubic structure with tile-like window elements, a high-quality natural stone facade, and the cantilevered form from the second floor onwards underline the modern, understated overall impression of the newly designed Quartier Kureck. Located at the northern end of the prestigious Wilhelmstraße – in the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus and the RheinMain Congress Center – the hotel offers business and leisure travelers a first-class temporary home with comfortable hotel service.
The luxurious amenities of the 4-star hotel stand in direct contrast to the deliberately understated architecture. In addition to a total of 126 studios and apartments, the Adina features a restaurant and a stylish bar on the 7th floor with impressive panoramic views over the rooftops of Wiesbaden. All studios have their own kitchens. The fully equipped apartments, each with its own kitchen and separate living and work areas, impress with their modern and stylish interior design: Warm earth and natural tones, geometric shapes, and thoughtful details create a cozy, homey atmosphere.
In the bathrooms, large-format tiles with a natural stone look, generous storage space, and a floor-level, glass-enclosed rain shower create a comfortable hotel feel. Here, too, every detail was carefully planned and adapted to the design concept. TECEdrainline shower channels were used in the showers – their puristic aesthetics blend seamlessly into the Adina's interior design and ensure reliable, effective drainage.
A particular advantage of the TECEdrainline shower channels: The seamless stainless steel body prevents dirt or soap residue from settling and is therefore particularly easy to clean – a crucial factor for smooth and hygienic service in the apartment hotel. In addition, a two-stage membrane seal prevents odor buildup, while a hair trap and an integrated internal gradient in the channel body keep the pipes clean and free of deposits. The TECEnow toilet flush plates in classic white also harmonize perfectly with the modern interior of the 4-star hotel. Generous buttons and an extra-flat frame with a height of just 5 mm emphasize the clear, elegant spatial effect. The proven dual-flush technology with small and large flush volumes also contributes to economical water consumption. The TECEprofil toilet modules with integrated hygiene flush ensure optimal drainage: Even when the apartments are not in use, a complete water exchange is always ensured, effectively preventing the proliferation of harmful bacteria. This not only contributes to improved user hygiene, but also saves hotel operators, cleaning staff, and maintenance staff considerable time and effort.
