Adina Apartment Hotels
Less is more - this was the guiding principle followed by the Swiss star architect Max Dudler when designing the Adina Apartment Hotel in Wiesbaden.
The building in the centre of the traditional spa has seven upper floors and impresses visually with minimalist elegance: the cubic body with tile-like window elements, a high-quality natural stone façade and the cantilevered form from the first floor onwards underline the modern, restrained overall impression of the newly designed Quartier Kureck. Located at the northern end of the prestigious Wilhelmstraße - in the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus and the RheinMain CongressCenter - the hotel offers business and leisure travellers a first-class temporary home with comfortable hotel services.
The luxurious furnishings of the 4-star hotel are in direct contrast to the deliberately restrained architecture. In addition to the 126 studios and flats, the Adina has a restaurant and a stylish bar on the 7th floor with an impressive panoramic view over the rooftops of Wiesbaden. All studios have their own kitchens. The fully equipped flats with their own kitchen as well as a separate living and working area impress with their modern and stylish interior design: warm earth and natural tones, geometric shapes and loving details create a cosy, homely atmosphere.
In the bathrooms of the flats, large-format tiles in natural stone look, generous storage areas and a floor-level, glazed rain shower provide a comfortable hotel feeling. Here, too, every detail was thoughtfully planned and adapted to the design concept. TECEdrainline shower channels were used in the showers - with their purist aesthetics, they blend seamlessly into the interior design of the Adina and ensure reliable, effective drainage.
A particular advantage of TECEdrainline shower channels: The seamless stainless steel body prevents dirt or soap residue from settling and is therefore particularly easy to clean - a decisive factor for smooth and hygienic service in flat hotels. In addition, a two-stage membrane seal prevents the formation of odours, while a hair sieve and an integrated internal slope in the channel body also keep the pipe clean and free of deposits. The TECEnow toilet push plates in classic white also harmonise ideally with the modern interior of the 4-star hotel. Generously sized buttons and an extra-flat frame with an installation height of only 5 mm emphasise the clear, elegant room effect. The proven dual-flush technology with small and large flush volumes also contributes to economical water consumption. The TECEprofil toilet modules with integrated hygiene flush ensure optimum drainage: even when the flats are not in use, a complete exchange of water is always ensured and the proliferation of harmful bacteria is effectively prevented. This not only contributes to improved user hygiene, but also saves hotel operators, cleaning and maintenance staff a lot of time and effort.
