Civil splendor meets modern quality of life

In 1926, a spa hotel was built in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque spa park of the traditional spa town of Bad Eilsen in the Schaumburg region, serving as a summer residence for its guests. Almost 100 years later, the listed building shines in new splendor as the "Residenz am Kurpark": In 2021, the historic spa hotel was converted into an exclusive senior care center with an integrated nursing school, a day care facility, a community café, and several assisted living apartments – while preserving the hotel's unique charm.

As a functional addition to the existing building, two modern new buildings with 40 barrier-free apartments were constructed on the site. These apartments blend seamlessly into the surroundings and provide a striking contrast to the former spa hotel. With a total of approximately 8,000 m² of usable space, the Residence am Kurpark Bad Eilsen offers seniors the highest quality of living and life: Barrier-free and high-quality living and recreational spaces, an in-house brasserie, a spacious outdoor terrace, and numerous recreational activities make the residence more than just a retirement home.
