TECE celebrates 20 years in the Adriatic region and opens new business and warehouse building

TECE Adria has officially opened a new business and logistics building in Zagreb, Gornji Stupnik, and celebrated 20 years of successful business activity in the Adriatic region.

A modern building with a floor space of almost 4,000 m² was constructed on a 9,000 m² site. The investment, worth more than € 5.5 million, includes a representative showroom, office space on two levels, a training centre for professional partners and a warehouse with over 4,000 pallet storage spaces, from which goods are distributed to all countries in South-Eastern Europe.

The new showroom offers customers and partners a detailed insight into the TECE portfolio – with a focus on exclusive bathroom solutions, innovative cisterns, flush plates and installation modules, as well as high-quality pipe systems. The products are characterised by advanced materials and technological solutions that meet the highest industry standards.

“Twenty years of TECE in the region is a story of commitment, teamwork and belief in what we do. Our beginnings were modest but full of enthusiasm, and today we can proudly say that TECE has become synonymous with quality, trust and innovation throughout the Adriatic area. Quality and trust are very important to us at TECE," emphasised Goran Božić, Managing Director of TECE Adria, in his speech.

Peter Fehlings, member of the Executive Board of TECE SE, underlined the strategic importance of the Adriatic region for the further development of the group: "This new building is not only a symbol of success, but also a strong signal for the future that we want to build together in the Adriatic area. The region plays a key role for the TECE Group, and this investment demonstrates our belief in local expertise and the TECE Adria team, which shapes this success story every day."

The new office and warehouse building marks the beginning of a new chapter in TECE's development in the region – with further investments, the expansion of partnerships and the growth of the network of professional partners in the market.
