Innovatively resistant
The surface of TECEvelvet, when viewed under a microscope, resembles an irregular, contoured landscape. This unique structure contributes to TECEvelvet's exceptionally opaque appearance. Made from a new generation of acrylic resins, the material has a closed surface that resists dust and water penetration, making it ideal for use in wet rooms. It is also resistant to fingerprints, scratches, and cleaning products, ensuring long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.

FENIX NTM® – Made for Design
TECE uses FENIX NTM® for the production of TECEvelvet. This innovative, multi-award-winning surface from the Italian manufacturer Arpa Industriale is widely used in office and shop fittings, high-end kitchen designs, furniture construction, and creating luxurious bathroom environments.
To design things that are essential and part of our daily routine in such a way that the unconscious is not disturbed: this made designing TECEvelvet particularly attractive.

Harmonius
With conventional installation, TECEvelvet extends no more than five millimetres from the wall. When rebated, it is separated from its surroundings by just a minimal gap. This effect is particularly striking when the flush plate is installed in wall cladding that matches the colour and material of FENIX NTM®.
Can be swapped out
All TECE flush plates are compatible with all TECE cisterns. For renovation and modernisation projects, they can be easily swapped out regardless of series or age—even after decades. This flexibility showcases TECE's dedication to modular design and planning.
